Roger J, Williams (1893-1988) was a professor of chemistry at the University of Texas at Austin who specialized in the study of biochemistry, nutrition and human biochemical and psysiological individuality. He was born in Ootacumund, India, but grew up in Kansas and California. He attended the University of the Redlands (BA, 1914), the University of California at Berkeley (1915) and the University of Chicago (MS, 1918; PhD, 1919).
